About American Safe Room

American Safe Room has been manufacturing affordable NBC air filtration equipment since 2001. In 2004, we started manufacturing blast doors. Today, we have a full line of the critical components necessary to construct a safe room or bomb shelter.

We are located in southwestern Oregon and manufacture all of our equipment at four locations: a machine shop, a plastics molding and fabrication shop, a metal fabrication shop, and an assembly and testing shop.

Many industries use our specialized knowledge and manufacturing capabilities as OEM customers: foundries, chemical plants, the mining industry, and the nuclear power industry.

We utilize industry recognized standards in designing our products: the US Army Corps of Engineers, Underwriter's Laboratories, ASHRE, and Israeli bomb shelter specifications. These specifications are adhered to with the proper test equipment and published engineering calculations.
